# ReceptionBench participation brief Status: local preparation draft. No information has been submitted. Role: To be supplied System or team: To be supplied Proposed profile: To be supplied ## Scope English-language AI reception, synthetic salon fixtures first. The available scored runner uses a fake adapter; all its delivery, transfer and audio evidence is simulated. M2 adapter integration is underway. This brief does not enroll a system or schedule a live run. ## Prepare - Declare supported and unsupported capabilities. - Map the neutral adapter lifecycle; keep proprietary schemas private. - Use a fresh synthetic namespace and deterministic, scoped cleanup. - Separate business facts from evaluator-only oracle assertions. - Describe authoritative recipient/state evidence; vendor telemetry alone is insufficient. - Record versions, configuration digests, timeouts and exclusions. - Propose public cases or verifier counterexamples without customer data. ## Fair participation Receptionaly is the initial reference system. All systems receive the same published suite and scoring rules. A second vendor, independent hidden-test custody, real voice transport and independent certification are pending. Code and documentation use Apache-2.0; independently authored synthetic fixture/scenario data use CC0-1.0. Private adapters and audits are excluded. ## Next step Review CONTRIBUTING.md, docs/adapter-authoring.md and docs/vendor-participation.md in the checkout. Propose a contribution at https://github.com/pmannle/receptionbench/issues/new/choose and include your brief if useful. Posting is your choice; downloading this file does not submit it or register a system.
